Premium Perks — Official Rules

Premium Perks is a promotional program in which Mahdi Saifullah Srizan (operating as Bitflecks) (“we”, “us”) gives feast credits to Premium messes. These rules apply alongside our Terms of Service. By claiming a perk, the mess manager agrees to these rules on behalf of the mess.

Premium Perks is run solely by Mahdi Saifullah Srizan (operating as Bitflecks). It is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Apple Inc. or Google LLC, and they are not responsible for it in any way.

1. Who can win

Perks are awarded to a mess, not to an individual. A mess is eligible for a draw if, at the time of the draw:

it is located in Bangladesh;
it has active Premium, and has paid for Premium with money at least once — through bKash or Nagad on this website, or through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. A mess whose Premium has only ever come from a free trial or a free promotional code is not eligible;
it is actively used: it has at least 3 members, and its current accounting month is no more than 2 months old;
it has not won a perk in the previous 8 weeks; and
its manager can receive money by bKash or Nagad on a Bangladeshi mobile number.

There is no separate entry: eligible messes are included automatically, and entries cannot be bought. A manager who doesn't want their mess included can email us and we'll leave it out.

2. How winners are chosen

Regular draws. From time to time we draw one winning mess at random from all messes eligible at the time of the draw — never more than one a week. Every eligible mess has the same chance.

Special campaigns. From time to time we may run a campaign (for example, a seasonal feast) with its own prize and number of winners, announced when it runs. Campaign winners come from the same eligible messes, and may be drawn at random or chosen by us.

How often we hold draws is up to us; there is no fixed schedule, and we don't have to hold a draw in any given week or month. Our decisions about draws and winners are final.

3. The prize

The prize is a feast credit: an amount of money, shown in the winner notice in the app, sent to the mess manager by bKash or Nagad (“Send Money”). The manager receives it on behalf of the mess; how the credit is shared or spent is up to the mess's members. A prize can't be swapped for Premium time or anything else, and can't be transferred to another mess.

4. Claiming a prize

We notify the winning mess's manager in the app.
To claim, the manager shares the win publicly (for example, a post on social media) and, in the app, submits a link to that post and the bKash or Nagad number to pay.
We check the claim, then send the credit to that number. The number can be corrected in the app until the credit has been sent.

If a win isn't claimed within 14 days of the notice, we may cancel it. A cancelled win doesn't count toward the 8-week limit. We aren't responsible for a credit sent to a wrong number the manager gave us; if a payment doesn't arrive, contact us and we'll look into it.

5. Publicity

To claim, the manager must agree that we may name the winning mess. With that consent, we may show the mess's name, the prize, and photos the mess shares with us in the app (including the winners list other messes see), on this website, and on our social media. A manager can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us, and we'll remove the mess's name from anything we control; withdrawing before we pay means the claim can't go ahead.

6. Disqualification

We may disqualify a mess, cancel a win, or ask for a credit back if we reasonably believe the program was abused — for example, fake members or messes created to meet the rules, several messes run to improve the odds, a misleading claim, or a payment for Premium that was later refunded or reversed.

7. Your information

A claim collects the link to the manager's post and the bKash or Nagad number to pay. We use them only to verify the claim and send the credit, and keep them with the record of the award. See our Privacy Policy.

8. Taxes

Any tax that applies to a prize is the responsibility of the person who receives it.

9. Changes and ending the program

We may change these rules, or pause or end Premium Perks, at any time. Changes apply from the date shown above. A win already drawn before a change will still be honoured, unless it is disqualified under section 6.
